Liberal arts mathematics course which provides insight into nature ofmathematical reasoning by examining basic structures such as logic, sets, realnumbers, numeration systems and inductive reasoning. Notes: (1) Credit givenfor MAT101 or MAT107, but not both. (2) Fulfills SUNY-GE Mathematics.Prerequisite: MAT006, MAT007, MAT009 or equivalent.
