Study of wills and trusts and survey of fundamental principles of law applicable toeach. Also, a study of organization and jurisdiction of surrogate's court, detailedanalysis of administration of estates and review of estate and inheritance taxesapplicable to such estates. (offered fall semester only) Prerequisite/corequisite:LAW101 or permission of the Chair/Academic Dean.
