Study of property ownership, closings, property management, property financing,and instruments pertaining thereto including development of consumer rights.Students trained to assist in investigation, preparation and maintenance ofrecords necessary to perform the above services in a corporate law departmentor law office. (offered spring semester only) Prerequisite/corequisite: LAW101 orpermission of the Chair/Academic Dean.
