Teaches skills needed to logically and accurately troubleshoot and diagnoseHVAC/R systems as well as skills needed to perform successful service calls.Emphasis on customer service, professionalism and organization, while usingprior HVAC/R knowledge to restore proper system operation. (3 hrs. lecture, 4hrs. laboratory) Prerequisite: HVA141 and matriculation in Heating, Ventilation,AC and Refrigeration curriculum.
