Comprehensive computer course designed for technology students. Interactivelaboratory and lecture sessions provide students with skills needed to analyzeand present solutions to engineering design challenges. Emphasizes how wordprocessing, presentation and spreadsheet tools are used for engineering,statistical and numeric applications. Uses meters, gauges, computer softwareand other diagnostic instruments to effectively and accurately identify systemproblems. (offered fall semester only) (2 hrs. lecture, 2 hrs. laboratory) Noprerequisite.
