Provides students with the management functions necessary in the HealthInformation Management profession. Topics include human resourcesmanagement, training and development, change management, financialmanagement, strategic and organizational management, risk management,utilization management, continuous quality and performance improvement,project management and ethics. (offered spring semester only) Prerequisite:HIT235 with C grade or higher.
