For readers and writers of autobiography. Reading select memoir andautobiographical literature, students analyze composing techniques and writetheir own autobiographical pieces. Substantial writing practice includesapproaches to memoir writing such as portraiture, landscape and memory, traveland history. Note: Fulfills SUNY-GE Humanities. Prerequisite: ENG100 orENG101.
