Focusing on the use of technology as a tool for the production of cartoon-styleanimation for use in multiple industries including mobile, web, television and film.Emphasis will be on computer software's tools and concepts, including drawing,image, text, storytelling for animation, creativity, experimentation, and criticalthinking in the development of 2D digital animations. (offered fall semester only)(1 hr. lecture, 4 hrs. studio) Prerequisite: C or better in DIA115.
