Major topics includeattended/unattended installation; upgrading from a previous version; deployingservice packs; resource administration; installation and troubleshooting of devicedrivers; monitoring and optimizing system performance and reliability; configuringand troubleshooting the desktop environment; implementing, managing andtroubleshooting network protocols and services; and implementing, monitoringand troubleshooting security.
