Catalog description

Study of nature and causes of juvenile delinquency and methods and techniquesof police and other community agencies in dealing with juvenile misconduct. Alsodeals with role of substantive and procedural law and nature of the court andcorrectional system as they relate to the younger offender, as well as role ofpolice in preventing and reducing crime through management of an effectivejuvenile aid program. No prerequisite.
