Study of complex relationship between criminal justice system and people in thecommunity. Considers constitutional liberties of all citizens and role of agenciesof criminal justice in respecting and protecting those liberties; behavioralmanifestations of economic, social and political problems in the community andcriminal justice response to such activities; and need for and methods ofdeveloping a constructive community relations program in the criminal justiceagency. No prerequisite.
