Beginning course in oral reading stressing development of understanding of themeaning of literature and the ability to communicate this meaning to others orally.Included is study of recorded readings, and analysis, adaptation and oralpresentation of representative literary forms. Note: Fulfills SUNY-GE Humanities.Fulfills SUNY-GE Communication-Oral. No prerequisite.
