Different theories related to running productive service department. Studentsstudy ways to improve productivity which increase their performance, evaluationof specialized tools vs. their cost, costs of purchasing tools on time, evaluation ofrepair procedures for safety, and timesaving steps. Students conduct time studyas part of course. (offered fall semester only) Prerequisite: AUT125.
