Concentrates on financial and managerial accounting applications with particularemphasis on using advanced spreadsheet financial functions related to recordingbusiness transactions, developing adjusted trial balance; preparing financialstatements, analyzing and presenting accounts receivable, analyzing inventory,accounting for property, plant, and equipment, examining bonds payable andtime value of money, evaluating performance, understanding cost-volume-profitrelationships, and capital budgeting supported by spreadsheet graphics,database and macro capabilities. Prerequisite: ACC101 and (ACC137, BUS112,or CST101).
