Catalog description

This course provides a foundation for understanding and applying quality principles, tools and statistical methods for quality and performance excellence from an enterprise perspective. It covers the topics of quality planning in the development of new products and services, quality improvement methods such as Six Sigma to minimize variation and improve quality, and quality control to ensure quality is achieved on a sustainable basis. Course Residency Requirement This course is not eligible for transfer credit and must be taken at Strayer.
