Human resource management is a field that focuses on the employees and is essential to the success of an organization. Every organization needs a set of processes to manage all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to performance management and beyond. This course focuses on the key components of that process and the activities that managers complete to perform them as well as the role that human resources plays in strategic planning.
