CHILD WELFARE LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISION

Catalog description

Prerequisite: Baccalaureate degree from accredited institution. This elective course is designed for students who are currently in a child welfare supervisory position. This course focuses on leadership principles and the role of strengths-based supervision in retaining child welfare employees as well as improving outcomes for clients served by the child welfare system.
