Prerequisite: Open only to juniors and seniors.(Same as CRIM 3640) An examination of the causes and consequences of interpersonal and intergroup conflict. Features review of the theories of conflict and the processes and techniques of containment and resolution of conflict, with a special focus on mediation. Also discussed are modules on workplace violence and hostage negotiation.Faculty: J. WHITE
