Catalog description

There is a critical need to improve the performance of students in our schools and prepare them to compete in an increasingly complex global economy. Schools and Society, a new telecourse offered through the Adult Learning Service, draws from the experiences of students, faculty, community leaders and community organizations to address many of the major issues facing schools today.
