Prerequisite: PSYC 1100 or SOCY 1100 or ANTH 1100. Not open to students with credit for PSYC 2301.The study of human interaction. Includes the development and presentation of self as an interactive process; attitude formation and change; role and reference group theory; small group processes; collective behavior, prejudice and racism; and roles and sexism. Students interested in educational applications are expected to explore the effects of race, ethnicity, and sexism in a public school context.Faculty: R. HELSABECK
