Provides students with an overview of the field of occupational health in a general public health context. Topics covered include industrial hygiene, ergonomics, chemical and biological hazards and psychological and social stressors in the workplace. This course will also provide a student with insight into the roles and responsibilities of practicing occupational safety and health professionals.
