(Same as INTL 3160.) This course examines crucial legal concepts that arise in the international environment. Although it will utilize as a primary emphasis legal problems that arise when business activities and organizations cross national boundaries and become multinational in operation and structure, it will also deal with other issues that attend globalization, including the vagaries of international politics as well as international law.Faculty: R.
