Prerequisite: PLAW 2120 or equivalent.This course is a "companion" to PLAW 3120. Students may take either or both courses. Topics in this course may include accountants' liability, the laws governing agency, partnerships and corporations, the rights of debtors (bankruptcy) and creditors (secured sales), or the in-depth exploration of a selected topic.
