Prerequisite: Open only to tDPT Graduate Students.This course will study the business aspects and ethics of successful physical therapy practice with an emphasis on the enhancement of managerial and business skill. Topics covered include managerial and supervisory principles, effective staffing, maximizing reimbursement, marketing, strategic planning, ethics, and more.
