Catalog description

This course shall focus on actual practical techniques utilized by attorneys to solve issues on behalf of their clients, Students shall learn how attorneys engage in alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Students shall also be introduced to the litigation process and practical thinking as it relates to lawsuits. Students shall be expected to write as an advocate and present their positions through oral presentations.
