TRANSITION TO ADULT GERONTOLOGY APN ROLE

Catalog description

Students will collaborate with faculty to plan professional goals and for the nurse practitioner role and optimize quality of care for adult-gerontology clients in the primary care setting. Students will utilize the necessary resources in health care to optimize health in the adult population in the primary care setting. Learning activities include 168 hours of direct patient care.
