Prerequisite: NURS 3334Prerequisite or Corequisite: NURS 4336.Corequisite: NURS 4937 (Senior Project).The focus of this course is on the principles of professional nursing management and leadership. Through experiential learning students develop knowledge and skills in decision making as well as the management areas of planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Emphasis is on the use of leadership knowledge and skill in effecting change.
