Catalog description

This course will build upon the developing knowledge, skills, attitudes, and competencies achieved in NURS 3100/3150 and previous courses. Students will apply Roy’s Model in designing and implementing culturally sensitive, patient centered care for adults across the four spheres of care. The nursing process, critical thinking, clinical judgment, evidence-based practice, quality and safety, ethics, interprofessional collaboration, healthcare technology, palliative and end of life care, are implemented for the compassionate care of young, middle, and older adults. NURS 4200 - 4 credits NURS 4205 - 2 credits
