Catalog description

Advanced Conducting is intended to be a continuation and extension of the elements of conducting learned in Fundamentals of Conducting. Special emphasis will be placed on principles of rehearsal technique and score study. Unique challenges pertaining to musical interpretation will be addressed through the study of standard instrumental and vocal literature.
