MUSIC PRODUCTION PRACTICUM

Catalog description

Prerequisite: Permission of Instructor required. Practical experience in a non-performance capacity in the production of a live theater, dance or music production. Opportunities for practical experiences include set, prop and costume construction; lighting and sound, stage management and running crews; box office and house management. Specific responsibilities will be determined by mutual agreement between individual student and ARTP Faculty Technical Director. Evaluated according to criteria established in a contract arising from the agreement. Participation in arranged laboratory sessions required. May be repeated once for credit.
