Prerequisite: MGMT 3124 with a grade of C or better. Open only to seniors. A senior seminar course designed to convey the importance, the excitement, and the realism of effective individual, group, and organizational development. The course is theory based as well as applications and research oriented. It is designed for students who are interested in identifying and releasing human and organizational potential in order to increase systems effectiveness.
