Prerequisite: BSNS 2120 and MGMT 3110 with grades of C or better. Open to juniors and seniors only.This course covers major issues associated with operations strategies for competitive advantage and emerging technology, and with the conversion of resources into goods and services within the framework of the management processes such as planning, organizing, staffing, and controlling. It emphasizes the decision-making processes and value creation in strategic and tactical activities. This course may be offered in sections with a Q2 designation.
