Marine operations involve familiarity with equipment, navigation, emergency response, and safe working habits aboard seagoing vessels. This practical course focuses on small coastal vessel operations in inland waterways for scientific data collection. Students will have the opportunity for hands-on introduction and practice of essential skills for those interested in field-based careers.
