Open only to Graduate Students.This course is a Genocide (G) elective.The word and the concept "genocide" is a positive gain out of the inferno of the Holocaust; genocide is now a crime in international law. How are genocides to be distinguished from inter-tribal wars and mass murders? How can authority and powers of international genocidal police and tribunals be strengthened? Is it possible to develop an effective "Early Warning System"?
