APPROACHING THE POEM: WRITING/TEACHING WORKSHOP

Catalog description

Prerequisite: Students must submit samples of their writing. Permission of instructor.Emphasis will be placed on different approaches to generating new work, as well as on techniques of revision. Students will be asked to respond to writing assignments, and to regard revision as a semester-long project. Admission will be determined by the quality of writing samples and/or interest in creative writing pedagogy. Faculty: S. DUNN
