Formerly LITT 2139. Not open to those with credit for LITT 2139. Not open to freshmen.This course examines video games from a variety of angles: as social documentary, physics simulation, narrative transformed by "play", multi-user community, visual art, and expression of an "auteur" sensibility. Besides theoretical reading, students will be expected to gain passable knowledge of 3D modeling and scripting.Faculty: B. STEFANS
