Prerequisite: Poetry samples must be submitted to instructor.Permission of Instructor required. Writing intensive course (W1).Primary emphasis on freeing the imagination to write poems. Secondary, though important, emphasis on the technique and craft of writing poetry. Student work serves as the basis for discussion.
