This doctoral-level course explores the critical role of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in shaping effective and ethical organizational leadership. Students will examine the impact of systemic inequities and organizational culture on workforce engagement, innovation, and performance. Emphasis is placed on understanding identity, power dynamics, and bias within professional settings, and on developing strategic approaches to lead inclusive teams, design equitable policies, and drive sustainable culture change. Through case studies, research, and applied projects, students will cultivate the leadership competencies necessary to champion DEI initiatives and create more resilient, adaptive, and socially responsible organizations.
