<b>Prerequisite:</b> LANG 3240 or equivalent.<br> Permission of Instructor required.<br>An in-depth study of some of the novels, short-stories, dramas, andpoetry by 19th and 20th century Spanish writers, such as Prez-Gald's,Unamuno, Valle-Incl-!n, Pio Baroja, Garc-a-Lorca, Machado, Jim-nez, etal. Readings, discussions and written critical evaluations will be inSpanish. Therefore, a good command of the language is expected of all the students planning to take this course.<br><i>Faculty: N.
