International/multicultural course. (I)This is an introductory course on modern spoken and written Japanese. The course is designed to give students a thorough knowledge of the fundamentals of descriptive grammar and phonetics of modern Japanese through structured step-by-step weekly curriculum. The course focuses in oral-aural method, reading, writing and translation from and into Japanese including basic vocabulary, hiragana characters, and Kanji characters.
