Catalog description

This course will offer an introduction to the Korean language for those who have no prior knowledge. This course aims to train students to perform appropriate spoken and written communication in essential daily life situations. This course will focus on mastering the writing system, correct pronunciation, and basic vocabulary and grammar. This course will introduce Korean to students in four aspects: speaking, understanding, reading, and writing short sentences and paragraphs. This course will also introduce Korean culture essentials for a better understanding of the Korean language.
