<b>Prerequisite:</b><i> HOSP 2101.</i><br>This course studies basic engineering and maintenance aspects of hospitality facilities, including scheduled, emergency, and preventive maintenance activities. We look at public safety, building codes, equipment selection, and facility design procedures related to the hospitality industry. The course also includes a module on the managerial and operational aspects of housekeeping operations.<br>
