<b>Prerequisite:</b><i> HOSP 2101, MGMT 3110.</i><br>This course introduces students to modern human resource management. Examples are taken primarily from the hospitality and service industries. The course provides students with a knowledge of the literature and research of the contemporary and historical issues required for managing human resources in any field.<br>
