Catalog description

In this course students will examine global health concepts and the network of organizationsworking to advance health care internationally. Emphasis for this course is on the globalburden of disease and determinants of health. Students will explore programs, systems andpolicies affecting global health. Students will analyze facets of the global health care deliveryand financing systems and their impact on the health of individuals and populations.
