SPQR: STUDY TOUR OF ANCIENT ROME

Permission of Instructor required. This course and week-long study tour will provide participants with a broad overview of Roman history through experiential learning, targeted readings, and reports on site. Students will study Roman history through literature, art, and culture from its origins in antiquity to the modern period with a stress on ancient sites, monuments, and museum collections in Rome and locations throughout southern Italy.
