Historical consciousness course (H).The earliest documented empires in world history appear in the Near East and Mediterranean basin during the Bronze Age (approximately 3,000 B.C.E.). These empires include civilizations located in Iraq, Egypt, Turkey, Greece and Crete, and Palestine.
