Previously titled: Smoking and the Older Adult.This course focuses on smoking and nicotine addiction in the older adult population. Smoking is chronic disease requiring a multidisciplinary approach. This course will enable students to increase their personal knowledge about the danger of smoking while emphasize evidence-based strategies to helping the older adults to quit smoking.
