Catalog description

This course introduces tourism, the largest industry in the world, and gaming, an important part of that industry in New Jersey. By using standard economic tools of data analysis, changes in the size, composition and trends in both industries will be examined. Through review of legislative history and regulatory apparatus, similarities and differences in various states and countries will be examined. Faculty: K. Harrison
