Perspective of Caregiving explores, through relevant films, readings, role playing, and team assignments, the treatment of persons with disabilities and the role of the caregiver. By expanding the student's knowledge of the specific nuances of caregiving through the Medical, Social, and Global lens; a better understanding of the definition of "Care" will be gained along with the ability to identify many challenges faced by disabled individuals and the people who care for them.
