Catalog description

This course will introduce students to basic economic literacy concepts that are useful in making informed choices as workers, consumers and savers. Students will also be introduced to some key socio-economic trends that will have a bearing on their lives as economic citizens of the country. The course will also engage students in a discussion of how individual choices regarding issues of debt credit, budgeting and savings have implications for and are impacted by national policy decisions.Faculty: R.VIJAYA
